RETURN POLICY

Refund Policy:

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
*No exchanges or returns accepted for custom orders.

Please note the following conditions:

• Item(s) must be in its original condition.
• All jewelry must be safely packed in its original packaging and shipped in a box or padded mailer to protect the merchandise.
• Damaged jewelry from return shipping will not be accepted.
• Any jewelry returned in regular envelopes or non padded mailing envelopes will automatically be rejected. These returns are logged and will not be accepted if they are mailed again in different packaging.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. The item will be shipped back to you once postage payment is received.

WRONG SIZE
If the size you chose does not fit because the length ordered is too short. Returns or exchanges cannot be made since each chain is cut to order.

LOST ORDER
Please convo us if you would like to add insurance to your item, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure your address at checkout is correct, we are not responsible for lost orders shipped to incorrect address. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address that was provided, we can ship it again upon postage payment.

WEAR AND TEAR
Please note that we are not responsible for wear and tear on any of the pieces. Please be sure to take care of your jewelry and handle them with care as they are very delicate.
